At Gomersal Primary School we aim to provide an education of the highest possible quality, which engages, enthuses and enriches every member of our school community. The following statement of aims forms the basis for this vision.
We will create a safe and stimulating learning environment which enables every individual to develop fully as an independent learner, to engage with a creative, broad and balanced curriculum and to achieve to their fullest potential.
We will ensure that all members of the school community have the opportunity to be fully involved, to have their voices heard, their views understood and their many achievements celebrated.
We will develop, within a community based upon shared values of love, mutual respect and understanding, opportunities for all to become as great as they are able and to take pride in their success. Achievement in all its many forms will be celebrated whilst failure will be acknowledged as an essential part of any learning process and embraced as such.
No obstacle will be too great, no barrier too tall, no problem insurmountable in our pursuit of excellence for every individual within our school.
